Australian Functional Fitness Federation
Australia's National Governing Body for Functional Fitness — governing, developing and promoting the sport from grassroots through to the international stage.
About Us
Who We Are
The Australian Functional Fitness Federation (AFFF) is the National Governing Body for the sport of Functional Fitness in Australia.
As a not-for-profit sporting organisation, AFFF exists to govern, develop and promote Functional Fitness across the country. We provide leadership, integrity and opportunity for athletes, coaches, judges, affiliates and event organisers while building a sustainable future for the sport.
As Australia's member federation of the International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3), we proudly select and support Australian teams to compete at Oceania, Continental and World Championships, while contributing to the continued international recognition of Functional Fitness as a global sport.
Our Vision
To establish Functional Fitness as a recognised and respected sport in Australia, creating opportunities for every Australian to participate, compete and excel from grassroots through to the international stage.

What is Functional Fitness?
